Youssef CHGHAICH
President/Founder
Moroccan film and theater actor, musician, and training facilitator. He is the president/founder of LaraCultura NGO and a freelance project coordinator with experience working on Erasmus plus and European solidarity corps projects for over two years. He has also been involved in coordinating international festivals, workshops, training courses, conferences, and artistic activities in Morocco and abroad. He runs several projects for children and young people in Larache and underprivileged neighborhoods and has developed new methods for engaging disadvantaged populations.
Imane ASBAI
Treasurer
Junior entrepreneurial consultant who has completed internships in the field of entrepreneurship. She has worked with young people in urban and rural areas to raise their awareness and support their integration into the world of entrepreneurship. She has a strong network in the entrepreneurial field and also works as a coordinator for a Swedish NGO, organizing and implementing projects funded by the Swedish Institute in Morocco that focus on culture and young people with fewer opportunities.
Hatim EL IMLAHI
Secretary
Hatim El Imlahi is a full time English Teacher. Having graduated with a diploma in civil engineering, he has dedicated his time to contribute to Laracultura in various projects and departments. Given his experience as a participant in international youth projects, he is a core member of our European Mobility Initiatives project team, contributing to bringing education and exchange activities to our Moroccan youth. He also acts a project coordinator for our English Club activities, displaying commitment and outstanding communication skills.
Amine El Aribi

Fullstack Developper, Content Creater and Copywriter. In addition to his profitional work, he is also deeply passionate about art and music and is always looking to learn more about different cultures and their artistic and musical traditions. He is a curious and lifelong learner who is eager to explore new subjects and acquire new knowledge. Amine is a hardworking individual who is committed to continuously improving his skills and staying current with developments in his field.
